AirHawk's return policy

We will refund your full purchase price excluding postage, less a 10 percent restocking fee, if for any reason you are unhappy with your AirHawk. This return policy is conditional upon the following:
  • That you make a courtesy phone call to us prior to returning the AirHawk
  • The AirHawk is returned within one week of you receiving it allowing a couple of extra days for postage.
  • The AirHawk is returned in the same as new condition as how you received it with warranty card, repair kit and holding straps included.
  • The AirHawk is returned to us freight pre-paid.
